At JAUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns for store credit on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
